Terms of Service

  1. The company Railsformers s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the “ Operator ”) is the owner of all rights and authorizations to:
  2. Internet application available at https://unalanu.com
  3. Mobile applications distributed in the Apple Appstore and Google Play systems called "Unalanu" (hereinafter referred to as " Systems ").
  4. The Operator reserves the right to short-term restrictions on the availability of the Systems for reasons of upgrade and maintenance of the Systems. The operator is not responsible for any damages caused by the unavailability of the Systems.
  5. The operator is entitled to modify and change the services and their functionalities at any time and without prior notice, especially with regard to the development of the services offered by the Systems.
  6. E-mail communication, which is used in exceptional cases, is considered to be the standard means of communication between the Operator and users. The operator will inform the user via e-mail or possibly via internal messages in the Systems. In the event that the legal order requires certain legal actions to be in writing, communication by e-mail is also considered to be in written form.
  7. To minimize possible misuse of access data, the Systems use exclusively encrypted connections.
  8. The user is obliged to protect his login data against loss or misuse. The Operator is not responsible for any damage caused to the User or third parties by the User's violation of the obligation stated in the previous sentence.
  9. The Operator reserves the right to limit or cancel any user registration if the user has attempted to gain unauthorized access to information or to disrupt the stability and operation of the Systems. The same applies in the event that the user uses the Systems for a purpose other than that set by the Operator or in the event that he uses them illegally. The User is prohibited from performing penetration tests or vulnerability analyzes of software or other services and any behavior that threatens or limits or otherwise has a negative effect on the stability and availability of the Systems.
  10. Apps, graphics and other content are copyrighted. Violations of these copyrights are monitored by the Operator and dealt with legally.
  11. The operator guarantees that the data created in the Systems in lower versions are and will be automatically transferable to a higher version. The conditions of such transition will always be published in a timely manner by standard means of communication and are binding.
  12. When switching to a higher version, the operator reserves the right to start the new version at the new address and inform the user about this in a standard way of communication.
  13. When switching to a new version, the operator reserves the right to decide on the date of termination of operation of the older version. Users will be informed about such a plan in a timely manner by standard means of communication.
  14. The operator is not responsible for damages caused by the use of the System, for the loss or misuse of stored data.
  15. The operator undertakes not to provide the information that the user provided about himself when creating his user account in the Systems to any third party, nor to edit the content of the account, with the exception of official requests from the Police of the Czech Republic and state administration bodies authorized to request the given information according to law. The user is obliged to provide only correct and true data when creating his user account in the Systems and to update them in case of any change. The operator considers the data provided by the user to be correct, true and up-to-date.
  16. The operator is not responsible for the provision of information by the user to a third party, or between users.
  17. The operator reserves the right to monitor the number of records with which the user works and only for operational statistical data.
  18. The operator reserves the right to change these "Terms and Conditions" without prior notice.
  19. These "Operating conditions are governed by the legal order of the Czech Republic.
  20. The language of communication is Czech and English.

These operating conditions take effect on September 1, 2022
